Have Dental Floss, Will Travel

Mapping the world, one waxy strand at a time…

Cradle of Liberty, in the books!

Thanks for all your tips on muscle recovery!  My calves and I survived a 24-hour race that included a 22-mile paddle, a 50k run/trek, 40 miles of biking, two bear cubs, one 50-pound albino porcupine, several blistered toes and blackened toenails, and a midnight birthday serenade.

A full report is in the works.  For now, though?  It’s time for pizza.

holy moly! you deserve some pizza! That’s actually our dinner tonight, just because I don’t want to cook after traveling all day, not because I’m hard core like you guys 🙂
