Three Cheers for the 21st Amendment

A complete race report of this weekend’s Yough Extreme is in the works.

In the meantime, let’s just say that redemption was had, as was a third-place finish among coed teams.

Forgive the brevity.  Five minutes ago, I sent off the last of my three big writing projects due May 1.  Ten minutes before that, Brent submitted his final grad school paper of the semester – a 25-page examination of how historians have written about Prohibition Movement.

Appropriately, we’re off to celebrate with a toast!

Love the header. Is that new? I guess I’m always so caught up in your adventures via words, I probably just haven’t noticed it before.

Thanks, Julie! I changed the photo about a month ago, I think (it’s from a 2010 race). Not a fun race, but a good shot, at least 🙂
